What’s your return policy?
Refunds are available for customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. We are not able to process returns and exchanges for buyer's remorse. This is because all of our products are shipped to you directly via a print-on-demand dropshipping company that does not offer returns. Exchanges are also not available because our products are made on demand. In other words, products are made as they are ordered so we do not hold inventory to offer an exchange.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at therapyiscoolclub@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. In the email, please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
